Complete system right out of the box, everything required up front is in there. Initial setup is fairly painless, menu system is straight ahead, nice bright display, working apps load and come up without a hitch .. In hindsight- going on friendly suggestion and with due respect to the hardware, I'd probably do better to forego the inclusive drive encryption .. Chosen enhancements include a Bluetooth-capable mouse, a 1GHz Cat5 to type-C network dongle, an AV subscription (absolutely) and a protection plan .. In simple terms, I'm good to go.

I love this gadget. My laptop only has 2 USB ports and since Covid 19 started I have been working from home using my laptop. I have to connect my mouse and keyboard and I do not have any extra USB ports left for anything else. This has been a life saver for me. I now have everything I need and can work comfortably.

I was needing to “move” the USB port on a 75” TV that was mounted on a wall closer to the front of the Tv. The USB ports are on the back of the TV, and if they needed to be used, you have to move the TV from the wall to access, thus risking some crazy mishap. So I plugged this unit in and then mounted it on the rear side of TV for easy plug accessibility. SCORE!

Love this device! My All -in -One desktop computer’s USB port stopped working & only had one working after that which could only connect my mouse or keyboard to. Bought this device connected it to my only USB port & now have it connected where I don’t have to keep switching my mouse & keyboard to use one USB port.

I THOUGHT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY NEWLY PURCHASED SAMSUNG Q60 TV. AFTER CONSULTING WITH THE SERVICE DEPT AS WELL AS THE SALES STAFF, WHERE THEY SPENT A CONSIDERATE AMOUNT OF TIME, EXPLAINING TO ME THAT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM JUST A MISTAKE I HAD MADE DURING MY SET-UP. Great 4 port USB hub for computer connections Ease of use

Seeing that we use the 4 port hubs that I purchased in a very technologically advanced dental practice to allow for our soft ware for imaging, digital x-rays, dental software and Microsoft to connect together and run efficiently in each paperless operatory. This very ;ow priced unit helps us run our practice, provide exceptional ca re and effective treatment plans, images, and intra oral photos as simply and timely as one would wish for.

Works as expected with just a small bit of lag when sending items to my printer. I got this to use when one of my 2 existing usb ports was damaged and I needed extra ports to support my printer until i could get my laptop in to get repaired. I'm glad to have it, I'll still use it occasionally since i have a second printer and also need to hook up an external cd drive.

I bought the 4-port USB hub so that I could expand my laptop's capability as the need had arisen from buying an additional external drive. This purchase was the saving grace. It's speedy enough that I get could response from the TB drives I have plugged into it. Plug and play is the best!
