    This product came in a crushed box in an envelope. The charger looked fine as far as I could tell. It worked with 2 cords plugged in once and one cord plugged in twice. After that it never lit up again (the light never came on) and the outlet had to be reset but the product still did not work. Because I have been stranded at home since I ordered it and the stores are off limits at this time so I can not return it. I also threw away the outer packaging before it died.

    The ports charge well but it doesn’t sit in the wall correctly. Leans down and you have to keep adjusting it to make it get juice from outlet.

    This was a piece of crap - WHILE mfg verified there was a problem BASED UPON THEIR BEST BUY RELATIONSHIP they couldn't replace it - had to work thru Best Buy/geek squad in store, however it wasn't open due to Covid, that took a few more weeks I needed a solution .... found one and never pursued a BestBuy remedy as the date on the receipt had expired.

    It turns off USB power periodically and must be removed from the power source and reinserted to make it work.

    This was great as first, until it started intermittently 'deciding' to take a break. Ever plugged in your phone to charge overnight, checked that it was actually charging, then woken up to a dead battery? Yyyyeah.

    Does not stay active. You must unplug it and plug it back in each time you want to use it. It turns off working before the devices are charged. Don’t waste your money on this.

    Bought this a couple weeks ago and it has already quit working. Tried plugging it in to multiple outlets to rule that out but the blue power light will not illuminate. Hoping the store will exchange it for me.

    I was really happy with this plug at first, but after a few days of using it (with only one cable plugged in at a time) it just stopped charging. The light still lit up, there was just no power going through..

    The device does not stay plugged into the wall very well. Once you attach it to the outlet via duck tape it is very handy to charge multiple devices!

    Doesn’t charge all my devices. The ones that do charge are extremely slow. I was hoping to only carry one charger when I travel.

    We bought this charger to use on our 2 tablets it took over 6 hours to charge 1 from 30% to 100%.
