    After using the toaster oven several days. I was finally able to get the new smell out of it. I think it was due to the black paint. Hopefully there is no toxicity now that there is no smell. This is when I finally started toasting. Even toasting on both sides. About 4 min. Great timer.

    bought this as a stopgap after the older one stopped working - was on sale for 12.99 as a deal of the day - still going strong and does everything I need for a small toaster oven - the only complaint i have is that the tray does NOT attach to the over door so you need to reach into the oven to pull things out
