The price was right but we bought it as a back-up to our current unit so we have not actually used it yet. We did open the box and it appears just like the picture that was provided. We are not sure how BestBuy could offer such an offer without losing money.

It works better than i thought it would. I used it for reheating food, baking and regular cooking needs. Top gets hot so don't leave anything on top when in use

At first; of course, it took some getting use to (I overcooked some of my food) but once I got acclimated with the temperature and etc., I am happy that I did purchase it on the deal of the day.

It does have more space then my previous unit but takes longer to toast. The first toast takes longer (have to turn the dial more) but if you toast again it is faster and hotter. The oven part works great! Still have issues with the door handle location on these things (when the door is open, the handle is under the hot door frame:-(. I don't see why they can't put the handle facing outward so you don't burn your hand:-) Overall good unit but will not buy again!

No crazy features, but for the price that's to be expected. Get it on sale for $20 instead of full price and that makes it a worthy buy. Will burn your toast if the timer is pulled all the way back fyi.

Convenient but also not as efficient

Works better using small portions at a time, wouldn't recommend adding too much at once. Only drawback is that the levels within the oven are too close together, so I usually can only stick with one pan at a time to get maximal exposure.
