It works as expected--even 30 days in. No hiccups or noticeable slowdown in response. Length works for others in the car (midsize sedan) to be able to charge using other outlets. It was a little pricey, but when you need it now, you need it now.

Your new phone comes without a charger?

Substituted a former cable for old phone with this one, but kept the old charger block. It may be a bit more expensive than others, but it works...and I didn't want to do a lot of price shopping and it was the least expensive cable immediately available in the store.

I've used these cords for a while, and although they work as intended, there is a major design flaw in them. The usb c side of the cord will split, exposing wires and creating a potential fire hazard, if left unnoticed. CHECK YOUR CORDS!! They could have the same issue!! Don't let this simple problem lead to a house fire!!!
