I keep this cord in the house to recharge my cell phone. You can tell it was not poorly made and this cord will last forever. Great purchase to make! I will go back to Best Buy to see if there is a shorter model available.

However I was surprised to see that your price for the 3' cable was higher than the 6'. At least the 6' was less expensive than the 9' Your employees couldn't understand it either

The 4-foot length of the cable also gives greater flexibility when charging devices.

The connection to the phone was a little loose. So, it would unplug all the time. It should be fine to connect a device on a nightstand. Definitely didn't work when I tried to use it for car play. It kept coming loose.
