The price makes them worth buying for the new Samsung and the new LG phones.

I always go on long trips and of course need a durability vs bented up and useless. For the life of it, it will last if treated properly.

They work well but you have to be careful not to let them crimp or twist too much. The one in my car usb port twisted a bit and started giving me readings that it wasn't charging my phone. I carefully straightened it and it started charging, again, and still works. They're long at 4 ft, which is helpful when I'm sitting a distance from the charger.
