This was a waste of money!!! The remote wont pair with the tv at all nor will it connect to my wifi. I tried everything I could bought the Amazon batteries for the remote unplugged the tv for 60 seconds and rest the tv and remote and still nothing. Won't be buying this kind of stuff ever again.

Arrived with a completely broken screen

The TV arrived broken. I set it up, turned it on to find the screen completely broken . It's unusable. I am disabled and now need to get the set back into the box, load it in the car, and take it to the store. We had it delivered in order to avoid this.

This tv was purchased to update a “dumb” tv to a smart tv in our camper. It fits perfectly, is light, has a great picture and was easy to set up, I’ve purchased Best Buy store brand tv’s since it was Dynex (the brand name before Insignia) and have always had great experiences. In fact we still have a 32” Dynex that is a tv/DVD combo and with the addition of a Fire stick, you’d never know it was 15 years old. You don’t have to pay premium prices to get a premium tv.

I bought 2 of these TV’s when I needed to quickly replace the TV’s in my Airbnb. Very easy to set up. Light weight and easy to mount on the wall. Good picture quality. The sound is not the greatest if you don’t adjust the settings. I would buy them again.

Perfect for my son’s room—great value and easy to use! I got this Insignia 40″ FE Series TV for my son’s room, and it’s been a hit. The picture is nice and clear in Full HD, setup was quick, and Fire TV is super convenient for him to stream shows. It’s lightweight, looks good on the wall, and he can easily ask Alexa to launch his favorite apps. Great little TV for the price!

I bought this TV for $100 and this is a great TV and I loved using it all day every day with no problem no lag no discoloration or anything of that sort. It is a wonderful and great TV for the price in the size is very nice as well. Overall this TV is great.

I recently purchased this TV, and overall I’m really happy with it. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, with great color and sharpness that makes movies and shows look amazing. The sound is decent, but I’d recommend a soundbar if you want a more immersive experience. This $120 TV Has Audacity and I Respect It

I bought this 40” Insignia Fire TV because I needed something simple. Something humble. Something that would quietly display my streaming mistakes without demanding emotional validation. Instead, I got a perfectly functional little overachiever. Picture quality? Surprisingly crisp. Not “OLED stare-into-the-abyss-of-existence” crisp, but “I can clearly see every pore in this cooking competition” crisp. The colors pop. The blacks are black-ish. The sound exists. It turns on every time, which already makes it more reliable than several people I know. Setup was easy. It politely connected to WiFi, logged into my apps, and did not question my taste in reality television. That alone deserves five stars. HOWEVER. Within hours of plugging it in, the emails began. “Please review your purchase.” “Tell us what you think!” “Your opinion matters!” My brother in retail, I JUST turned it on. I haven’t even emotionally bonded with it yet. It’s a TV, not a newborn child needing affirmation. So here you go. It works. It shows moving pictures. It has not burst into flames. Five stars. Please stop asking me to write essays about appliances. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a $120 rectangle to stare at while it silently judges my streaming history.

Tested - Great picture, light, durable

Use it for our camping trailer and it’s excellent. Slim and very light makes it easy to move around. Easy to sign into streaming services for shows and movies. Screen is sharp and bright worked great inside and when we took it outside. Durable too. One of the kids accidentally knocked it off the table and it was dented but the picture was perfectly fine.
