It works like a TV

I had to return the first set that I bought because the picture was very blurry . When I returned it the Best Buy person had a difficult time with the menu too . ( when I offered to help she proclaimed " I do this all the time , I know what I'm doing " then took 6 attempts to get to the " picture mode " ) I bought this set for my elderly mother she barely watches more than 5 tv stations . The picture either doesn't fit the screen , Too Big or has big black bands on both sides , no in between , but she doesn't mind . I'd return it if it was for me , I like being able to read the complete writings on the news screens .
