When you compare prices $100 for a 32 inch or 129 for a 40 inch it was a no brainer

Perfect for Occasionally Used Guest Bedroom

Great TV for a secondary bedroom

The biggest drawback is the built-in speakers are very weak; you have to turn the thing up to about 25 before dialogue is decent. For this reason, I wouldn't use it in anything bigger than a 2nd bedroom.
