great tv for the price, perfect picture, easy to install on a wall mount. no issues. picked up in an hour of purchase

Bought this Nov 24. 2020. Real clear picture, easy to setup, remote is easy to use. Real happy with this purchase so far. My nephew has the same brand and its been awhile since he bought it so his seemed to last awhile. So I thought I would try the Insignia brand. This replaced a 29yr old Sony. This fit my budget for now. Very fast shipping from Fedex. Ordered on the Nov 24th and to my surprise got it on the 25th. Good price for a 40" tv if you don't need a smart tv.

I absolutely love my new Insignia 40" N10 series TV. It was very easy to set up and install my Amazon Fire stick. The picture is crystal clear with vivid colors and sound is well-balanced. I bought this Insignia to replace a smaller one that I had in the bedroom. I'm very satisfied and would buy it again. I don't have any complaints.

This is a good tv. It's got a good picture and sound. I like the remote. It's got a good layout. The most important thing for us was that it was a non smart tv. We've got a Fire tv stick and a Roku device so we don't need the tv to be interfacing with the Internet on its own. And we've got a leaf antenna which is great for getting over the air stations. There's hardly any non smart TV's now. But I almost took this one back. It produced a terrible odor at first. At first I thought let's give it a week. Well it wasn't gone in a week. Then we tried running it 8 hours a day with the window cracked in the room and a fan running pointed to the back of the tv. This did help. I didn't want to give up on this tv cause there's not many out there. It's been a month now and the smell is much better, altho still a little noticeable. If you weren't looking for it you might not smell it. I admire Best Buy for still carrying the non smart TV's, but I really wish they would get their supplier/factory to correct this problem. Some other consumers might not have the patience to try to get rid of the smell like we did.

We use this TV for Bible study at the church where I serve. The size is ideal for the large gathering. The picture quality is excellent. Setup of the TV was a breeze. Its is just what we needed.

The TV in my LR broke recently, and I thought it would cost more to fix it than get a new one so I searched online and found a great deal on this Insignia 40" TV. Same size as my old TV, 1080p, good reviews, and all the features I need (I have a Roku). So I ordered it. Then a day later I saw the 43" size for $10 more. So I confirmed with BestBuy that I could return the unopened 40" TV, ordered the 43" TV, returned the 40" TV when it was delivered... and then got an email from BestBuy saying my order for the 43" TV had been cancelled--no reason given. So I decided to go back to the 40" model--but now it was the same price as the 43" TV! But after a long online chat session with a BestBuy rep, they agreed to give me a $10 credit towards the 40" TV. So I ordered it again, it was delivered (free) very quickly, I set it up in a few minutes, and my wife and I love it. Crisp and vibrant picture, good sound from the small speakers (much better than my old 40" Hisense TV). If you need only a basic TV for a small-to-medium sized room, it's a good choice--especially when on sale.

Very happy with this purchase! We bought two, one for each of our sons; and they're happy with their new & larger tvs! The price of the tvs was great! We thought they were smart tvs, they're not. But that's completely our mistake. We really liked the free & fast delivery. Even though the items came 2 days after the delivery date, it wasn't an issue. Overall, we're very happy with our entire purchase.

This is the fourth Insignia TV that I have bought for the family. I bought them on sale and they are an excellent value. The picture quality for this TV is very good and the sound is decent. I have a 55" Insignia that I bought 2 years ago and have not had any problems. Of course if I wanted a Samsung or LG TV I would pay a lot more than what I paid for these TVs.

This is great for my PlayStation 5 that the kids will be using in their room and the quality is amazing for the price paid. I would certainly purchase another one of these class LED full HD TV and recommend it to friends and family. This is the third Insignia that I have purchased in the last three years and I have not had any issues with the quality or the TV itself. I was a bit skeptical at first but really like the price and affordability.

I wanted a little smaller tv for my bedroom. This is a nice tv with great picture. Lightweight and does what it’s supposed to.

Perfect tv and quality for what I needed it for. Just a smaller non smart tv with a good picture. Works great for my Wife’s grandma, she needed something that was just a tv and it fit perfectly for her needs.

This is the perfect non-smart TV. Why oh why did BestBuy stop selling it? The exact features you would want and need in a television. Excellent picture compared to other TVs in its class. A NORMAL remote control, comfortable and logical, oh so important. I for one don't talk to my TV and will never use a voice remote. I wanted to buy another one of these... now they're gone. BRING BACK THESE INSIGNIA N10 SERIES TVs PLEASE

Magnificent picture. Great price. Easy to set up. It was a nice upgrade from the one I had before. I didn't have to shop around. I saw the one I wanted on-line and when I walked into the store, they had lots in stock. I got in and out with no waiting or hassles and since I work at home and use the tv as a monitor, it makes my job easier since I can now split-screen it and not have to open extra windows or keep minimizing my screen.

Great purchase! Crystal Clear, great color, great sound, easy to use with controller. Got tthis for a disabled man living in an assisted living and he was thrilled and was able to manage the controller.

So far, this TV has been very easy to set up and has been a very good performer. The only concern was the remote that came with it would only turn the TV on or off - nothing else - but it was replaced immediately so no problem.
