I got this to replace a 13 yr old 19" Insignia (Which was $200 back in the day), which still works fine but the hook ups are so out dated that it isn't much use anymore. If you just want to watch TV and are not all about the pixels and perfect clarity, this is a great little tv. It works, picture is clear and bright, and it does have buttons, along the bottom front edge, they are just well hidden. Sound could use a little work, that is my only quibble with it. I have this in a big room with very high ceilings and the sound gets a bit lost. For the price and size, it is a good deal. If you are comparing this to a good Samsung or Sony, sure it doesn't stand up as the same, but it works and is a good little TV that I hope lasts as long or longer than the previous one!

Good value for the money, easy one person setup, picture nice

Excellent picture quality for the price. Very easy set up. Only thing to caution buyers is that if you are mounting this on the wall, it does NOT include the screws that mount the bracket on the back of the TV. The instructions say to use M6 x 10mm screws, and that is incorrect! Those are not long enough. I used M6 x 16mm, and that was the perfect size for the mounting bracket I was using. You will definitely enjoy this product!

This is the first time I have bought a TV due to input lag on the old one. We bought an Insignia Fire TV of the same size back in 2018/2019. We never used it as a smart tv. The boys just used it for games. Over the years, as they got older and more competitive, it has become obvious that the Fire TV had a lag problem. We compared it to our dumb TV in another room and the dumb tv was so much easier to game on. Turns/glides that I couldn't make on the Fire TV became easy on the dumb TV. So we bought this Insignia not-smart tv to replace the Fire tv. This Insignia has the same refresh rate as the old Fire one, but this one has absolutely no lag. Maybe because it's dumb? I don't know. The menu is easier to navigate as well. Picture is fantastic (we do not need 4k) and 4 teens can sit in front of it without losing picture clarity. I hope it lasts a long, long time and I hope Insignia keeps making this size not-smart tv.

Daughters tv went out and she didn’t want to tell me and after a week or so without one she told me I had to think quickly because she is away at school And not close so went online to my favorite store and seen the insignia for a good price and a Best Buy was close to her to get it without a problem getting it to her curbside pickup love it and now that she has it she love it easy set up good picture great for the price

Without exaggerating it was the tv i was looking for easy to use perfect picture not complicated does what i need it to do when i want it to simple can't ask for anything more!!!

Basic TV, not a smart TV which is exactly what I wanted. Simple remote. The picture is fantastic. Sound is good, for a TV. Easy to set up and use. I see NO advantage to having a smart TV. The added benefit is we only use an over the air antenae, so no rediculous cable or internet charges. We still get over 50 channels. No chance of it getting hacked, we just enjoy it!

Perfect for Mom! She does not stream, etc., so does not need a smart TV. Just had to hook up to cable service. Picture is clear. Color is nice - not over intense like some other brands. Sound is good, but Mom is very hard-of-hearing and uses closed captions. Note: So difficult to find a non-smart TV nowadays.

I am a big fan of the Insignia brand and I have been happy with any of their products I have purchased. This is a basic non-smart TV which is a great value and perfect fit for use with my ROKU. I think the sound quality is good (better than the Westinghouse I replaced) and has a nice clean look. I see a lot of the reviews saying this is really cheap, etc, etc. If dropping a ton on a TV makes you feel special, go for it, but it will still be just a TV. If you are looking for a good value this will more than meet your needs.

Purchased based on the reviews and 3 HDMI ports. Picture and sound are good. Very easy to set up. Works great in my bedroom hutch connected to my Logitech 5.1 surround system (also a Best Buy purchase) and Xbox (purchased at Best Buy).

Got this for an insane deal on Black Friday. Very lightweight. Clean and crisp picture.

The clarity of the screen is amazing along with the sound, free channels that the tv comes with is also superb! I was actually surprised at how well all of the features worked because I’ve had similar company tv’s & they had many issues & I ended up selling them because you could barely navigate the tv with all of the issues that eventually happened! That is not the case here & I love that about this one. If you want a tv for a great price with many preinstalled features then this is your guy! Get it while supplies last! I highly recommend!

Great tv for the price. The picture is outstanding and setup was pretty straight forward.

I bought this for my daughter in a pinch when her other one got knocked to the floor and busted. I have no complaints. It was easy to set up, picture is great, and you just can’t beat the price! Every tv I have purchased by this brand has been very good to me.
