Bought this TV for my mom. Perfect size for her place. Great picture & color. She didn't know how to work a smart TV so this was a perfect TV for 80-year-old. Easy to use.

Excellent color, ideal for those who simply want to enjoy antennae tv without all the extra cable channels (ex. Hulu) coming in that you have to pay a cable service for. Picture fit right into screen whereas the last flat screen I had to return cause of aspect problems (picture fitting into screen). Not to mention great value!

This is my first Insignia brand purchase. I have been very pleased with its performance and value, as well as ease of use.

My daughter needed a larger television for her college apartment. The Insignia 40" TV had a nice picture, good features (including multiple HDMI inputs), and an excellent price. It's a good TV for streaming and video games and a great TV for the money. It's perfect for her college apartment.

There are not many non smart TV's around anymore. I found this one and I'm very satisfied with it. Nice size for 2nd TV. Easy to set up and has good menu screen to make adjustments if you want.

Good value for the money Sharp picture set up is easy

Was looking for a new bedroom television and was looking for something under $200 . I decided on this one and couldn’t be happier . The is an excellent TV , that sounds great and looks even better . If you’re looking for a 1080p TV that’s easy to set up for a bedroom or a video game room - this is perfect .

This product is really good. The picture is crisp and clear, and the colors of the screen are very good. Definitely a very good TV for the price.

Always bought Samsung over the years had 32 inch tv fall and break internal screen so decided to upgrade to a 40 inch and didn't want to spend a lot, the price was great sale price and the quality was actually good as well, tv's have come along way recently and we are pleased with purchase, great for a bedroom tv.

This tv is awesome! I like custom modes on tvs. Once I got the TV dialed in to my preferences I was amazed it outdid my 32in LG I just bought. Based on research, Insignia uses LG parts. The TV shocked me a few times because the depth makes some images so life like or 3D. The Blues are true blues and ect. One down size I did notice is if you plug in new hdmi device the TV will go to energy saving mode and the dynamic contrast will change my contrast setting to a computer controlled style contrast. I recommend playing with the picture setting to get the TV your way.... What is with the guy that gave this new product a one star?

At $25 cheaper then a 32" samsung, you can't go wrong. Great viewing angles and super easy setup. One of the last few tv's of this size you can find without all the bloatware "smart" applications. Tried it out with my nintendo switch and its perfect, only issue I have now is getting my hands on a larger tv stand!

Got this to replace an LG which was starting to glitch, not looking for anything with bells & whistles, and this works just fine. Less than half the price of entry level 4k. Not for a gamer or a home theater-phile, but if all you want is a tv that works and has a decent picture, this fills the bill.

I love this T.V.! It has a wonderful picture. We followed the instructions included, and it was so easy to set up. And when turned on, it had further instructions with or without voice, for the fine tuning. The remote is easy to use and not to big and bulky.

TV wa perfect and great price. After unpackaging it looked really wonderful. I followed the chart and it was the correct size for the room. Setup was a breeze she was watching her murder mysterys in no time.

100% satisfied, the picture is great and it was an easy install on the wall bracket! Highly recommend this TV!

The picture quality is great!! Perfect size for a bedroom or small area. Wish it had a power button on the back and that the plug-ins were on the left side and not the right side of the TV. You need to put that in your description of the product. It would be better for me if you could make the legs closer together.

Our parents' tv had gone out. My sister and I decided to purchase a tv for their birthday. We connected a firestick so that they are able to stream movies and still get local channels. For the price point and brand, the picture quality and sound quality is nice. Good size and fits nicely in their bedroom.
