This is the third insignia tv that we have purchased and are well pleased with the quality and the price. Even better it was on sale. We would recommend this brand to anyone.

I am a senior citizen on a limited budget and also I cannot live heavy TVs. I got this as an open box and not only was the price good, but the color is brilliant and the stereo sound good. It is also very light and I could easily lift it. This is the nicest TV I have ever bought in this price range.

This TV is the perfect size for our bedroom. A step up from our previous one. Easy to use and looks great on each channel.

The new television arrived sooner than I expected it! I am quite pleased with its quality. It boasts a beautiful picture, and is so easy to operate! I am still exploring all the many features included in the the set. This is just the sort of brain work I so appreciate these days.

Very cheap but good for the low price. Sure its not bright enough for a sunlit room but you wouldnt expect that at this price. Its got decent brightness still though, and the sound is good too. Picture is 1080p which is good enough at 40 inches. You cant see the extra detail of 4k resolution at 40 inches unless you're very close to the screen so i didn't care to spend extra for a 4k tv at this size.

We have several insignia TVs and this is a great value. It’s large enough to hang on the wall in the bedroom and the perfect size. Great picture and value for the money!

I just a little research looking for televisions the price for this one was amazing I decided to buy it it was delivered to my home and a terrific time out of the box that came upstairs we put it in the guest room hooked it up looks terrific I love everything about it and yes I'd buy it again

This is the best TV I have ever owned. The color is amazing. I love watching movies on this TV. Sports is also clear and good picture quality.

Was looking for a good TV to replace my old 11 year old 37" Toshiba LCD that was in my bedroom, This came with a low price and fit the bill nicely. This TV has a great picture and I have been pleased with my purchase.

Though I'm using it as 40" extended monitor for a laptop, the pic quality is very good and allows me to see and read things on the screen from across the room. A great price for a simple television for anyone, who isn't actively seeking all the bells and whistles.

TV works well, I screened a few other options but when this came on sale I snatched it up. Color and size is just right for my needs.

It was a very good price at the time. Better prices for better t.v.(s) have come up since then. The primary use is for my son to play games on. He has worse than average vision, and the clarity from 5-7 feet away is very good while also reducing his eye strain. I like my t.v.(s) by default to be "dumb". I'll add a brain when needed. (Chromecast, Fire Stick, ect...) I can't offer any opinion on the speakers; we already had a sound bar for him to use. T.v. speakers v.s. Soundbar is no match I'm sure. I don't have a serious in depth review. I have no qualms about buying this t.v. It suites every need it was supposed to fill.

Great quality, easy to set up and use, no regrets on making this purchase. Perfect size for a smallish area.

We've had this tv for 1 year & 4 months now. It shipped perfectly. Its a great tv. We love the picture quality for the price you pay.

Great picture and sound, Make sure you set the sound to TV if you are not using anything else as Auto can cause the sound to cut out. Easy to setup too.

Love the TV. We have a small living room, so it's just perfect. Sound is really good, bot we route it thru surround sound speakers. Picture is great. I have not had any issues with it, just good quality tv. Would buy again.
