I gave the quality 4 which may be a little high in general as it is not a particularly "amazing" picture, but it is also a very cheap tv and in that regard it is a great picture for the price. Anyone looking at a tv for this price range is not going to be after particularly amazing specs, just something with a nice picture for a nice price for some casual watching. In that regard, this was a good choice. She loves it.
