Delivery was on-time and set up was great…the technician knew it was for my Mom, so he kept in short & precise, just the basics. Of course, she still has it and the picture is very good quality w/ pixels!

We had previously bought a 32" Insignia to replace a 32" Samsung that bit the dust. Honestly that 32 " Insignia surpassed that Samsung. So when I saw this sale on the 40" TV, I bought it to replace a TV in another room. When I had got to the store, there was a $20 price drop, which was even better.

It turns out the sound quality is just as good (audio can be adjusted based on preference). Picture was a tad bit not as good, although fiddling with the picture settings made it almost comparable. It also has more HDMI inputs compared to the JVC (3 vs 1). Overall, for the price point, it’s a great tv. Hopefully, the tv lasts as long as the JVC.

We came from the smart tv version of this one and it died in less then a year and bestbuy did nothing to help. Luckily we found this one on sale durring black friday and got it. The picture quality is very good and the virtual assistant voice is pretty helpfull to. If your in the market for a new tv look no farther. its a steal for $150.00
