I don't want a large television as it strains my eyes too much but this one has nice contrast in it that doesn't hurt me eyes.

Didn't need a smart TV. Very easy set up with easy to follow on screen directions. Picture is very good quality. The remote is the perfect size with easy to read buttons as she has poor eyesight. Nice white, larger distinct numbers.

Good TV for price

The picture is good and the sound will stand on its own in a small room. If you want a TV for a kid's room, this might be a good one. Be warned though, this is NOT a smart TV which surprised us. I guess it never made claims to be one but I just assumed that just about all newer TVs have some sort of smart setup on it. We slapped an old Roku on it and we were in business - so not a big deal.

Picture quality is good and the sound is adequate. There is not much to setup, but the setup menu is not very good. Do not turn on the voice assist. It is not helpful at all, the voice is very irritating and once turned on is extremely difficult to turn off. I couldn't turn it off and ended up going through the setup again from the beginning.
