Fine while it lasted - only 15 months

Without daily use, today this set started to show multiple colored vertical bands on the screen. I set up the TV on 31 October 2020 and it has been sitting on the same stand ever since. So I got about 15 months use out of it. Of course, the warranty is 12 months.

Color Is Awful!

We had to figure out what was wrong. Put it on zoom. Turns out that cut the cuts off of objects on some stations. Tried wide option and that seems to show a normal full screen picture. My problem now is the picture quality. Awful! Color is bad….looks cloudy no matter what I do. Picture is not sharp either. I tried getting in touch with Insignia and have yet to get a response to my email. Couldn’t beget anyone on the phone. I didn’t return the tv to Best Buy because my husband has a bad shoulder and he would have to get it back down from the chest it was on. Plus it’s difficult to find a none Smart tv.
