I give this all high marks. It was easy to install and saved my computer. The only thing I didn't like was the Geek Squad telling me I'd have to bring in the computer to make sure it wasn't the motherboard and that it was going to run me money for them to troubleshoot it. I understand their time is worth a lot of money but we really didn't have the money to spend on troubleshooting and the part so my husband plugged in another power supply from another computer just to see if it would allow the computer to turn on even though it was a different power supply from a different computer. It did power up so we immediately knew it was the power supply so we purchased a new one and installed it. Hope this helps someone else along the way.

When my computer failed to turn on I was quite upset, as my genealogical data was all stored there! Because it is an older unit everyone said I should just ditch it......but I needed the data (now stored on separate drive) so we purchased this new power supply and my old workhorse is back in business!

My computer was making a lot of noise and my Power Supply was going out, This was recommended by the Geek Squad and I went ahead and purchased it, It is super quiet and runs perfectly in my computer. They installed for me right there in the store while I waited and they were super friendly and helpful.

Good piece of equipment for the price, needed one immediately and didn't have time to wait, was thankful Best Buy had these in stock. Good for entry level machines, not for gamers etc. but perfect for a pc that is used for office applications and web surfing all day.

Customer Service immediately knew what my problem was when I took my PC tower in for service. The power supply!! The other one wore out and was dirty. They showed me how to open back to periodically clean out dust. Very happy with product working smoothly and quietly.

Great power supply runs all my stuff at a smooth rate and very quit. So pleased with it thank you. The thermal paste i bought "Thermaltake TG-7 Thermal Grease is probably the best thermal compound ive seen around are area. Great job keep it up

I am so glad that Best Buy had this in stock. The power went out in my business and I quickly needed another power supply. I installed this in less than thirty minutes and had my PC up and running and my business functioning again!

My Dell computer would not turn on and getting it repaired was just a matter of looking for the right power pack. I found a compatible power pack at at reasonable price. It was a 15 minutes job of removing the faulty part and putting it back in. Simple job!

Power supply is easy to install and runs quiet. Plenty of connectors and wrapped well. I have purchase Isignia before and they work well but do not last as long as other power supplies I have purchased in the past. I never shut my computer off.

Great power supple larger than came with PC like new almost after putting Windows 10 on old one died but may have been five years old or more so maybe just time glad they could get it back up and going with this.

Even though the my power supply was not the problem after replacing it with this new power supply I'm still happy with it. It works and was easy to install. (it was my power button that actually needed replaced)

Nice little power supply, had the connectors and power I needed. The fan is pretty quite. I installed this on a PC running 24x7. 400w should be adequate as long as you don't have a high-powered video card.

Geek Squad wanted a few hundred $ to join their plan and diagnose the reason my computer was not turning on. Before you do that, purchase this power supply and install yourself (no experience needed). Just a few screws and a few connections and my dead computer came to life. Its been working great.
