Doesn’t fit all wine bottles

The shelves were awkward to use and 42 bottles would not have fit. Nice to look at, but did not work.

It is still sitting in my kitchen and non-functional. Tried, and tried and tried numerous times to get through to someone and couldn't, due to COVID. Calls and online chat help did not work so my deadline to return the item came and went and still nothing. One day, I finally got through to someone and waited for an hour and 25 minutes and then the called suddenly ended. I need help, PLEASE.

Best Buy has had great service and has offered replacements, but the quality of the product is a concern. Unfortunately, there are not many good alternatives at this price point for a similar style product. Hopefully the current one holds up.
