    Right side stopped cooling 1 day after return period ended. This is a very expensive purchase and now we are completely out the money. I don’t think I’ll be buying anything at Best Buy ever again.

    This cooler only worked the initial day, yes one day. Was not satisfied at all. The right side did not cool at all. Returned.

    This product looks good in the showroom and online but it never cooled properly. I've been waiting since May for a replacement or some kind of resolution but they are out of stock. Not happy and would not buy again.

    It sounds like a crying dog when the compressor comes on. Got a replacement and the second one does the same thing. Very unpleasant sound. I guess it works if you don't care about torturing your ears.

    I should have paid more attention to the previous reviews. Mine lasted a few weeks before it stopped cooling on both sides. Very disappointed and mad that I have to load this thing up and take it back.

    Item started leaking water less than 1 year. Had the Geek Squad protection and they expect you to bring this 100lb item back to the store for service b/c it's less than 18 cubic feet.

    37 degrees is the lowest temperature setting. Both sides are set at 37 and already the right side is hardly cooling at all. Love the style, but very disappointed in the purchase.

    I only got it for 2 months, and it already stop working. I can't believe it, and I dont know what to do with it now. I'm very disappointed in this product, and it was not cheap

    Bought two of these for our new home a little Over two years ago. Both died (failed to cool) within a week of each other.

    I set up a wireless thermometer in the middle racks and the lowest it got was 42 degrees.

    This wine cooler is horrible. I could not fit bottles in it. The space is too tight for any bottle. I have right now only five bottles because is too narrow.

    Piece of Junk

    We bought this item and it looks nice and modern and we liked the dual zones. There are not a lot of beverage refrigerators to choose from, mostly wine coolers. The first one we bought would not go below 50 degrees, returned it and got another, same problem. Due to having a hole in our kitchen for a refrigerator, tried one more time. This one did get down to correct temperatures but neither power button worked. Since we don't regularly turn off our refrigerators and just being tired of the whole thing, we kept this one. It worked fine for 1 year and 2 months and then one side quit working. Just past the warranty. Of course Insignia just said sorry and go buy another one. Ironically I just drank an ice cold beer out of my in laws 75 year old garage refrigerator. So frustrating how they only make junk now and companies won't stand behind their products.
