Put this up in our outside patio. So far, we love it. It looks good. The sound quality will do, but we connected to another speaker via Bluetooth. It’s got some bass now. All the smart features seem to work well. All the apps we use worked perfectly. The price was good too. We caught it on sale.

I bought this TV not expecting a whole lot because of the price, the TV I had did a update and made it difficult to watch antenna and was very slow in smart mode between the remote and the TV it was useless, I’m very satisfied with the performance of my new TV

I love this tv all my tv’s in my house are from Best Buy and the same brand and I wouldn’t trade y’all for the world of it.

Had it for 3 weeks, not even a full month. And the picture on it went out today when I was using it. The sound was fine, the screen is lit up, but the screen is black. Disappointed because I bought it at full price too! I’ll change my review if they step up and fix it. When it was working, it was good. Bright, almost too bright, and the sound was good. But it shouldn’t be breaking after only 3 weeks, especially when it hasn’t even been moved since I put it up!

It's perfect, super cozy, the volume is super loud. It also comes with free Apple TV for 6 months and many more factors. Super good product. I recommend it 100%

I purchased 2 of these in March 2025. Both are mounted the other one works fine. Mine is just a black screen with sound now and It is only July. I do not appreciate paying so much for only 4 months of tv. This is not normal for a device to malfunction so quickly.

It was a birthday gift for my kid, it was time to upgrade and I caught it on sale so big win win .

Amazon tries to shove their product down your throat and buries everything else many layers deep. This TV will always start up on Amazon, even though you closed on a different channel. I hate it. I was unable to adjust the picture quality xcept for backlighting. Brightness, contrast etc. were greyed out, could not be adjusted. UNACCEPTABLE. I hate it. And when you shut down the computer, this thing does not go on standby. It starts a darn screensaver from pictures on your computer! UNACCEPTABLE. Also, this TV somehow uploads tons of data to the router - SPYWARE. I HATE IT! I'm sending this back.

While I have typically only bought Sony Bravias, they are just too costly. The Insignias have all the essential features I need for a fraction of the price.
