The tv has met my needs relative to my expectations. For a low price TV the picture quality is excellent. I accidentally damaged it and had to replace it with a new TV. Because of the low price, it was not as stressful as it could have been.

This tv is very impressive. I was surprised of the quality for this super low price. I have purchase higher end models for far more expensive and have had issues with them after less than a year. This TV so far outperforms those TV models and brands. Especially if you have kids. I also purchased the BestBuy wall mounts for these. Deal was so good I purchase 5 of them with wall mounts which was still cheaper than 1 of the pervious TV i purchase. I highly recommend this TV.

I’ve had the Insignia 42-in Class F20 for 4 weeks and now feel comfortable offering my opinion. First of all, delivery was fast and the packaging is very sturdy/secure. Once out of the box, attach the feet, put it where you want it, plug it in and turn it on. Simply follow the instructions on screen and you’re good to go. Personally, I’ve never worked with the FireTV platform but forced myself to use it exclusively for the first 2 weeks. In my opinion, there’s too much junk on the screen (Ads and Sales Pitches) and personalization is limited. And, if you value your privacy, I suggest that the very first thing you do is search the internet to find all of the FireTV settings that you need to turn off under the FireTV ‘Preferences’. After turning off all of the intrusive FireTV settings, I pulled out my 8 year old Roku box, plugged it into HDMI1, downloaded my streaming apps and all is good! I’ve had HDTV’s that cost over 5 times as much as this and I believe that the Insignia 42-in Class F20 display quality is as good if not better. I believe that the sound is above average. I’m sure that it could be better with a sound bar and woofer but, as is, it is very good. If you have a digital music and/or video collection, I would suggest downloading the VLC for Fire app, load you music/videos to a flash drive and enjoy. If I didn’t already have 5 other HDTV’s, I’d definitely buy another 1 or 2 of these right now.

I had a three room hotel suite in the city and they only had one TV in the living room so I ordered me a TV at Best Buy got it the same day it was lightweight & had handles on the side of the box so it was easy for me to carry it in the hotel and up the elevator, easy installment, We Moved it from one room to another so that we could all sleep at night 

Love the tv and all the colors and the gaming/pc mode comes in handy too for us games

Great Little TV. Bought this for my sons bedroom. The apps, interface are all really easy to use. the TV is on a stand at the moment but wall mount would be simple. its SUPER light

Really impressed with the quality, and value of this TV for the price. Ive bought a lot of cheaper tvs TCL, etc. For spare rooms / bedrooms. This one has really good sound quality for the price. Picture is pretty good, and the fire TV is pretty smooth not very laggy. Would definitely buy one again.

I had a older Sony internet tv but it was so hard to navigate around to different channels. The Amazon Insignia Fire TV makes it so simpel and it is quick and easy. I just ordered an Insignia Sound bar for it as I am hard of hearing and am looking forward to it and even make it more special. Would recommend it to anyone for all the advantiges it has.

TV has good picture but volume isn't consistent. I use an antenna not paid service. It wants to be signed into Amazon or a service. Haven't found a way to use sleep function or anything else. Every time I turn it on I have to use an old remote to get any channel. If I had written instructions then maybe then I might like it & know how to operate it. Being the feet are at ends cannot turn for best view. If I realized that beforehand I wouldn't have purchased. Now need a wall mount & person to do it.
