I was looking for a 30"initially, but I saw this one for less. I love Insignia tvs colors. They are so vibrant and lifelike. Alexa is a good feature also. I had trouble getting the color adjusted initially; but after some use everything was fine. I guess it just needed time to adjust. In spite of the pros for this tv, unfortunately it quit after 11 months of service. First the picture went out and then the sound. Best Buy sent someone from Geek Squad to my residence (something I didn't expect) and I was extremely pleased that I didn't have to take this in myself due to the size. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and was a great help with getting a replacement. He did thorough testing to ensure my tv couldn't be repaired before suggesting a replacement. I appreciate the service Best Buy gives and this is the 2nd Insignia tv that I've purchased from them. I've owned the other one for 5 years now with no problem.

It especially pairs well with other Sony products, such as the ps5 or a receiver. The UI is nice, its quick and easy to use. Plenty of different picture settings for different scenarios. Overall, colors are very vibrant and the image is crisp.

If you need something quick and easy to set up somewhere without needing extra pieces, go for this. Initially, I had bought another TV only to return it and exchange it for this one, which was overall bigger for around the same price.
