I bought this going on two years now and it’s working great.

My first impression was not to get this name brand, However, this purchase turned out to be a good one. The picture, sound, size, are all wonderful. I am enjoying the TV very much.

I don't like the small legs that hold the TV and the remote is difficult for someone with big fingers. For someone who isn't tech savy, set-up was confusing and I don't like having to reset the channel every time I turn it on.

Great TV but the picture died on two insigni tvs

First off this tvs picture became all weird within a couple of months to where you couldn’t watch it at all, so I got another and within a year I woke up one day turned it on and only had sound with a black screen. Cust service was nice and had me try a few tricks but sadly it didn’t work. I was an idiot for not getting the extended warranty as I was literally a month and a half pass the OG warranty. One last complaint was the sound, on some shows you’d have to crank up the volume to like 40- others are loud at 20. All in all this IS a good TV, you just need to get the extension so you can be sure to get a new one in case the picture dies. I don’t have the luxury to pay a lot for a tv so for the lower budget tvs this is a good one.

Purchased it for a guest room and it fits in fantastically. The picture and sound quality are great. The Roku is so simple to program and use. I also put a fire stick on the TV and I just love utilizing Alexa with this TV.
