    The same day the Geek Squad efficiently declared my TV dead, Best Buy was able to tell me what was available that was most similar to my old TV. They did not try to upsell. When I asked for something better, they were helpful. I purchased this fireTV the same day. They even loaded it into my vehicle. I highly recommend this Best Buy.

    Good picture and sound. I do not like the operating system. You have to create or add an amazon account in order to upload more than 3 apps. That is a bit ridiculous. Also, when you turn off the TV it requires you to go back into the apps you were in before rather than remembering. Also, it is difficult to find the downloaded apps.
