Awesome job, Best Buy; Lee’s Summit, MO! As for the product; no problems unboxing, all equipment present and easy to setup. Perfect size and quality and is great for the price! Volume and colors perfect and remote easy to use. It’s been about a month and completely satisfied with this product. Don’t ponder it, grab it!

The lighting is so good and clear the size is good too. At first I was going for a Samsung tv but this is much better I really recommend it.

The first one I purchased was a 32". Then I went and purchased the 42" for my family room. I highly recommend the Insignia. Great picture and sound.
