Awesome job, Best Buy; Lee’s Summit, MO! As for the product; no problems unboxing, all equipment present and easy to setup. Perfect size and quality and is great for the price! Volume and colors perfect and remote easy to use. It’s been about a month and completely satisfied with this product. Don’t ponder it, grab it!

I have to wait for the software to load before I can get to the stations I watch using an antenna. The sound comes out of the back of the TV and was muffled so I had to get a speaker bar. One can't just punch in the number of the channel and it took me forever to figure out how to set up the stations I wanted to watch. The picture is big and good though

The remote is easy to use since it similar to the fire stick and I’ve had no issues since I opened the box.

This is my 2nd one I bought and I am about to buy a 3rd for the bedroom. It is a great TV. Great picture and it's a "fire tv" as well! I have two other32" insignias as well and all are just as clear. No complains from our home.
