    I was told the remote was in the package. When I opened at home not there. I tried calling the store I got Best Buy operator. I was told a manager would call. Never got a call

    Great tv for the price. Sound and picture quality is great and easily pairs to blue tooth speakers but not needed, gets plenty loud. I watch a lot of TV shows and movies on a few Internet sites and the picture isn't choppy or lagging at all even surfing the Internet is easy and smooth. Highly recommend this TV for living room and or bedroom.

    I bought the tv for fire tv built in when I got it home I noticed how easy it was to use and the picture and sound was great. I was so impressed that I replaced my tv with the same thing!

    Iam older and wast'nt to comforable buying a smart TV but got on line and bought a smaller one for my bedroom. My Grandaughter bougth me a new smart TV for my living room and it is large and it took some time getting use to it but have loved it. I purchased one for my for bedroom it was so easy and I purchased the warranty. I was surprised I got a text and said it was ready to pick up about 30 minutes later. I have bought things from Best Buy for years. I just live up the steet so it is so convent! They always kind and considerate!!!!
