    I have been buying insignia products for years. I have only one complaint on my remote it has no numbers and I know all the channel numbers and numbers would make it faster for me. Also the return to last station does not work it takes you back to the menu.

    Purchased two of these tvs work great, sound is good, as well as display. I only buy my items brand new from Best Buy and don’t have any problems, most of bad comments I see about electronics come from people buying open box… you get what you pay for.
