I only buy my items brand new from Best Buy and don’t have any problems, most of bad comments I see about electronics come from people buying open box… you get what you pay for.

Beautiful graphics, lot's of apps, functions perfectly, I'm very satisfied overall. One thing, the sound is a bit off at times, nothing too major though and nothing a sound bar couldn't fix. Awesome product.

You are instructed to make more space or download to an external drive. The ability to select programs via alexia is a great accessary. It's a great television just a few kinks I don't know if it's because of the number of apps.

Easy to set up, picture is good for the price point and has more features than I expected. You may want to add a sound bar for enhanced audio, but for the money, this is a great value for what you get.
