    Ordering and pick up at store was so easy The reps at store were so polite n professional.The Tv is good quality the only is I cannot put Spectrum on it.I didn't realize it was a fire tv and they don't support spectrum.The legs were a little hard to put than I anticipated.But otherwise I am happy with it

    Super easy to setup, however I did have to wait about 20 minutes for updates to happen. Other than that, fire tv is a little swamped with ads and other publicity tactics. Overall good product, will definitely buy another.

    We bought this to replace a 12+ year old Insignia that the lights went out on. This tv not only does not need a Roku or Firestick, it has far superior volume. The old one was a little hard to hear especially if a fan was going. This one we can hear at a much lower volume than the old one. We love it so far.
