It's clunky, and far from user friendly. Bought these for a rental unit and I'm going to have to buy Roku's for all of these as I don't want to get constant complaints about how difficult it is to operate the fire TV platform. If the Smart TV functionality doesn't matter to you, I would recommend it, but if it does matter I would say look at LG (Great smart TV platform) or a roku tv

Quite smart I will say for my wife, she loves it.she has her office well organized with much more room with this beautiful 42 inch style. She can work and also listen to politics.

I do recommend it for low costs TV.

The Fire aspect with Alexis voice commands is so cool. I have access of so many streaming and applications all through voice commands. The quality of the picture is pretty good. Great buy!

Our front room has all of the devices connected to it, so we wanted something that could work without a console or a fire stick. The downside of this TV? It can get bogged down due to the amount of apps. Some apps also run slow. Clearing the cache can help and, ultimately, you will end up performing a cache clear from time to time.

Poor customer service

Picture and sound are better than average at this class of TV. Well-packed and easy to get out. Leg assembly was straightforward. Setup was easy... there was a lengthy update process but you just have to sit through it. The FireTV apps cover just about anything you could want to stream, which is great.
