It did have a faulty remote, Best Buy stood by their product and exchanged it for another one. The picture is really sharp and much more than I had expected. I give it 5 stars, you really can't beat it for the price and value.

I'm hoping my cat doesn't get too interested. That said, theactual product is great. Good video and sound quality. Buu the mount rather than trusting these spindle legs.

The UI works pretty well as a smart tv and was very easy to set up and use. For the price, you really can't beat it, ultimately if it isn't a primary tv, it is great bang for you buck!
