Only had to get The Geek Squad to help me to access my cable screen. Had to go through a couple of steps to access the cable and then use the cable remote to change channels.

I'm not a big fan of Fire TVs but this tv fit most of my needs. Fire TVs seem to have issues with apps and space which cause them to respond slowly from time to time.

The smart fire app sets up nicely for easy use. Ive never had one of these tvs crap out on me so there all good here.

It isn’t smooth and will lag every now and then. It doesn’t affect anything while using your apps but only while navigating through your library and settings. I’ve had this for a year and a half and it’s not bad. For the money, it’s pretty worth it but be prepared to get frustrated with the OS

I enjoyed not having to download the apps she mostly watched because they had it. Then the imaging when on a channel is so clear. I love it!
