Bought this TV for my room and love everything about it. Probably not the best TV, but at this price and it's features it's definitely worth the buy.

Very happy with this open box refurbished item. No issues with it so far, glad to have a 4K Smart TV at a good price point.

Love this TV. Crisp, clear picture. Only con is the size of the picture on channels. Can't figure out how to keep it from making screen size too big

This tv has a great picture! I'm not crazy about needed a remote to just turn on and get to my cable box everytime.

Love having the ability to flip between my MLB.TV and Netflix subscriptions without having to use my laptop. Quality of picture is outstanding

Having 4k is a luxury right now. Most things you connect to a tv dont do 4k. Luckily this has a romu built right in so dont worry about tbat.

Product is perfect for space. I'M very happy with picture quality and granularity. Thanks to the sales team who helped me pick it out.

I was very hesitant about this particular model but after getting I have to say the image is great love all the features and easy to use

i had this for just over a month.... the tv would take forever to power up or off ( that's if I could get it to do either ) usually had to press the manual button on the side of the TV. Also would Freeze on the intro Blue screen, and would not navigate back to the main home menu. Had to shut it down to get to home menu. ( These problems started every so often and as the weeks went by just became more and more frequent, with the TV basically being unusable.) then it would just shut down in the middle of a dvd movie or playing music from a memory stick, etc. I thought it was bad remote batteries at first, but not the case. Also checked my settings several times to make sure I didn't set it to "sleep" etc...I didn't have a chance to return it before the month, since I travel A LOT for my job. Best Buy made me take it to the Geek desk, since the 2 week return period had expired. They sent it out to the manufacturer OVER a week after I dropped it off. Now told its at least a 2-3 wk timeline. They also had closed out the first repair order, which online it was indicated my unit was ready for pick up. only after calling the 800 number which transf me to the store, did I get the new order number. I mentioned to the agent at the store that the time frame is pretty lengthy and inconvenient since this was a bad unit to begin with. No apology, or anything. kinda rude. Also, I brought this to the store in the original packing, and in PRISTINE condition ( still had most of the protective film on the unit ) and I look at my service order and its listed as "dirty" condition. Is this a default setting for Best Buy to cover themselves? Again PRISTINE condition with ALL the ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL intact.( I'm kind of a stickler with my items as to keeping them in new condition as long as possible. ) Needless to say , after being a loyal BB customer for YEARS, this whole transaction has left a pretty bad impression on me. Maybe its just this individual store. NOT HAPPY AT ALL, now I get to wait 3 weeks to see if I get a TV that actually works. Purchased April 25 and returned to the store May 31 - today is JUNE 10 !!!!

This tv is good for the price. 4k is really good. Highly recommend this television. Setup was really easy

Well i know is a cheap brand but it have a good tv smart program also nice 4k for be cheap.

I love the NEW 4K Roku Tv. Beautiful picture and vibrant color. Nice for a large bedroom.

This tv works to my expectations. The ROKU feature is great.

Decent sized TV, and a few good qualities. But disappointed with overall performance. I've had the TV for about a month and it has frozen up and rebooted itself multiple times, which is annoying when you're watching a TV show or movie. Also, for a 4K TV I am not impressed by the picture. Wish I had saved my money and bought something better.

This has all of it and very impress about the tv and very helpful as well never grap a antoher part to watch like ps4

Its an average tv, no thrills, but its 4k, and its HD. Price makes this an amazing deal.
