Nice tv a decent upgrade from our original 32inch that my kid broke. Has nice 4K picture and I enjoy the included TV guide when used with rabbit ears. Used daily and looks good on game systems like the ps4,Switch and Wii U.

Just bought this TV and am finding I'm not too happy! The TV says, it works as 4K at 60hz with HDR10, but that doesn't seem to be the case. My Xfinity X1 shows it as 4K and will upgrade to it, but does not display anything in 4K. My Xbox One X, however, will not switch to 4K no matter what I do. When I try to switch, it tells me that everything this TV is supposed to support, it does not.

My TV was busted upon opening it. My boyfriend bought this for his kids. We were remodeling to make room for them so the TVs sat in a box a few weeks. When they opened it, the screen was busted.
Because it was outside of 14 days they wouldn't replace it. Which is unacceptable, I will never by from Best Buy again.

Defective APPS

Many problems with the apps on this TV. Netflix will come on while using other apps. I tried clearing the cache in the Netflix app and reinstalled it but still no luck. Other apps will stop working but if you clear the cache that works for a while then you have to clear the cache again. TV is not worth the hassle with the apps and the Netflix interruptions appear to have no fix.

Don't buy this TV! multiple issues in just one year of light usage in my office. Two separate times it got stuck in an update. geek squad came out and replaced the motherboard the first time. Just was prompted to update again and it got stuck in the same place. One year warranty expired 2 days ago. About to call bestbuy now to see what they will do. Another issue is it will not power off with the remote or button on the TV. It has to be unplugged from the wall.

I was hesitant on which tv to buy but I am so glad that I decided on this one. This tv is amazing, the picture is beautiful, very bright, crisp and colorful. The menu is super easy to navigate and I haven’t had any issues with apps not being available or not working. The size is just what I was looking for and the set up is simple. The volume is nice, only downfall is the speakers come from the back of the tv but this is the situation for most unfortunately despite the brand. The price wasn’t too high as well, especially for the quality it was a steal. So pleased with this purchase! I’ve had it for over a month and have had no issues so far!

Very easy to set up took me about 5 mins after i turned it on once I had everything plugged in. Wifi connected seamlessly. Picture is amazing for the price, I recently got ny hands on an xbox series x and was dying to play in 4k but was worried I'd have to spend 500+ for a solid 4k tv until I found this. The TV doesnt support 120hz so I cant play at 120fps but 4k at 60fps is just fine for me, better than xbox one on my old 720p tv by a long shot. The only slight problem was the power cord is about as long as my middle finger but thats nothing an extension cord couldn't solve.

Purchased this TV to replace an old 32" 720p in the bedroom. So far I'm very impressed with the picture, sound, and features/software on this television. Full 4K picture with decent HDR for apps and sources that support it. Looks really good with Netflix, HULU, and Amazon.
Picture settings are not available within the default application menu, but each of the independent inputs supports a plethora of picture adjustments. Sound settings allow you to change the EQ to different listening environments or sources. DTS mode works very well for adding impressive 3D sounds to the area and clear voice works fairly well.
The TV is light, stylish, bright, and has good sturdy feet to keep it in place. It's hardly going to wow anyone just passing by at a glance, but with no color banding, light/dark spots, or poor viewing angles, it's hard to find a better TV for the price. Great value all around with its massive application support, a handful of video inputs as well as a ton of changeable adjustments for both picture and sound. Highly recommended.

Bought this LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV Edition for my wife's bedroom. I liked the ease of watching programming and what can be done via WI-FY for her. She likes it already and is enjoying what the TV offers as well as an outside company we use as well for programming. Haven't even set up the Alexa unit yet so she can virtually never have to pick a hand controller but can ask Alexa to turn the tv on and find the programs she wants to watch with just voice command! NICE! Especially since she keeps misplacing the hand control device. Nice picture, good sound, great features.
