I have greatly enjoyed using this tv for the past few months. It was very easy to set-up, as I did it in a matter of minutes. The picture is clear and the sound is great. It's a great size for my studio and I love how many apps I can add. My personal favorites are the streaming services (netflix, disney+, amazon prime, hulu, etc.), the peloton app, and spotify. I haven't had any issues so far and I do utilize the tv quite a bit. That being said, I also haven't tried to utilizing all of the features that the tv offers so I can only attest to what I have.

My son purchased this brand and model TV first. It was easy to set up, good quality picture with vibrant colors for the price paid. I refuse to pay for TV service so I have not had a TV for many years. Live too far more TV stations to get a signal via antenna. The sales person assured me there was lots of free TV viewing options if you had internet service with this Fire TV. True story !! So 2 weeks later I purchased this same brand and model TV for myself after checking out the free program choices.

The tv is great and still no problem with but my major problem was the remote. I’m pretty sure it’s faulty because we’re kept charging batteries like every 3 days and when we changed it same batteries are taking us for months without replacing. So if your batteries keep dying it’s not the batteries it’s the remote. Don’t spend your money on buying batteries every day just change the remote and you will save time and money

We bought this tv for our 11 year old sons room. He researched the different tvs available and decided on this one. It was easy to set up and you can’t beat the price. He’s not really a gamer, occasionally he will pair his switch to the tv, but mostly he just streams tv & movies. The fact that firetv is pre-loaded is awesome, since he was already familiar with using a fire stick. I definitely recommend this tv, the quality and value are great!

I bought this TV for my parents, and it is a very nice TV, especially for the money. It has a nice picture and the couple of apps I've tried worked well. It has better sound quality than the 65" Sony I just bought for my home. My parents' main negative / issue with the TV was having no number pad on the remote, meaning they could not key in the channel number and do directly where they want. I set the TV up for them, and my main negatives on the setup were 1: an immediate update which sat for an hour and never completed 2: in order to set up all apps, it wanted me to set up an Amazon account (for my parents) and add a credit card 3: a lack of instructions and no words on many of the icons and buttons. My parents would not have gotten through this setup process on their own, but once set up, and once we figured out the buttons and icons, the TV works great and is well worth the money. We streamed a lot of YouTube on Christmas day, and that was a new (and pleasant) experience for my parents and my sister. Overall it seems like an excellent value. I would certainly consider buying one for myself, too.

Out of the box, you can instantly tell this tv is set to stun. This is my 3rd Insignia; each has been amazingly more powerful and had a more beautiful picture than its predecessor. At 4K and with the FireTV, everything works perfect for us as a gaming TV. The picture quality is stunning. The remote is the same as a Fire TV remote with expanded functionality. You simply cannot beat the value of this TV for the price. My favorite thing about this TV is the FireTV; it’s easy to use and supports most major apps.

This smart TV looks great, was very affordable, and convenient. I didn't need different streaming sticks or devices. I easily linked all my streaming accounts to this one Smart TV. I love it, my only problem is I now watch too much TV lol.

Bought this on black Friday for 199.. Great price for a pretty nice TV. Its replacing a Vizio. Picture quality is very nice looked great in store . probably the vest picture for that sized TV I thought.. I was skeptical of fire TV.. I was pleasantly surprised it worked great took 30 to 45 minutes to set up n download att tv, hulu, Disney plus, Netflix and HBO max. Highly recommend and my next tv will probably be another insignia

Excellent television for the price. It has a good picture and simple setup. Easy to connect to Amazon, Hulu, etc. Works great with WiFi and can also be hardwired to your modem. Antenna setup for OTA broadcasts is simple. I would prefer a remote that has a number pad but, beyond that, this is a really good tv for a bedroom.

The setup and configuration of this television were easy and quick. Getting it connected to my AT&T setup and wireless was a simple matter of following the prompts on the screen. The colors and contrast of the display us the feeling of almost being there especially when watching sports like NFL football. The voice command options will need to be explored a little further because I am unsure about the navigation using this feature. The remote apparently has Alexa built into it because we can increase and decrease the volume output through vocal commands. However, I have not been able to search through genres of movies yet by using voice commands. I do not know if this is a limitation of the setup itself or user issues on my end due to the lack of experience with smart screen televisions. Perhaps there are tips and suggestions from other users of this same set who have success with using this set with Alexa. If so, I would not mind reading them. Overall, we are very happy and pleased with this set and would recommend it to friends and family :-)

Great 4K TV. Great value for the money. Easy set up. Love the colors and brightness of the tv. Looks great in my bedroom where this tv sits. Remote is easy to use. I like the fire stick with great channels to choose from. This TV rivals other TVs that cost more. Great value for your money. Don’t be turned off because it’s Insignia. This is my second tv by insignia. No problems.

Great TV for the price! Quick and easy set up. Picture and sound were great out of the box with no adjustments needed. We use in a bedroom and the small frame gives us the ability to fit a bigger screen. The brightness across the screen is consistent. Would definitely recommend. Love how light it is.

This tv surprised me. It was $50 cheaper than the name brand the same size. The set up was easy and I had zero problems connecting to my WiFi. The only negative is some apps aren’t available such as Peacock. The resolution is excellent and the sound good. I use it for a spare bedroom tv that isn’t connected to cable. It fits the bill perfect.

This was the perfect TV for our bedroom. Awesome price, quality, color, clarity, size. We upgraded to this TV from our previous Insignia TV (32 inch HD) which we bought 10 years ago and it still works great, we just wanted something a little bigger. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone.

Perfect TV. We already had firesticks, so I knew I wanted this model with the fireTV interface. It's even better than I expected. Great picture, easy setup. As with most all current TV's it's really light weight. Perfect remote. Great buy.

I had this tv for about two months now. and if your in need for a tv that is not that expensive but has a decent sound and picture quality then this tv is a great pick. I use this tv with the PlayStation 4 and it looks great. If you want to use this tv with a next-gen console just know that this tv is not 120 hertz it’s just 60 hertz. Now to the smart tv features first. Loading into the built in apps of this tv like Netflix,Hulu ect is really snappy. Alexa works just like a normal echo works with some added features to change your input ect... the speakers are actually pretty loud compared to some TVs so you won’t need a sound bar or external speakers unless you want to have better sound quality but If you don’t want to have extra speakers because you want to have a clean setup the built in speakers will do just fine.

Purchased this for our child’s room. This was actually a great buy, especially for the low price. I normally do not like fire stick however, the price was right. The fire tv works very smoothly on this and does not have many hiccups at all. Picture quality was nice. Overall satisfied with our purchase.

Truly appreciate that this is the Best purchase I have made from Best Buy recently. Easy to physically set up, there is a short Best Buy video to assist. Programming was somewhat more of a challenge, but still easier than other TV’s. Understanding the nuance of having a “smart” TV took some time to sink in. But experimenting a little will get you where you want to be. My learnings: After programming my cable provided remote control to control the cable functions you still need to use the Insignia remote to control internet access functions. From settings you can control the TV to default to cable versus the internet when initially turning on the TV. If all fails e-mail Insignia help line. HIGHLY recommend this value oriented TV as a starter “smart” TV. Best Buy also had pick up service where they deliver the TV to your car without going into the store!

So pleased with my purchase. Great quality product and you can't beat the price. Very satisfied with the picture and the features and the ease of the on line ordering was great. TV was delivered next day too which was so convenient. Highly recommend.

Amazing quality for the size and price! I don't need anything else, it doesn't hurt that Amazon firestick comes with the package.
