I got it on a Black Friday sale, and I bought it while I was moving houses and honestly got caught up with other things so I didn’t turn it on and use it until April. It’s June now and DisneyPlus will NOT work, most times I try to watch DisneyPlus it will say it’s unavailable right now and won’t let me until the next day but, all of today I couldn’t even make it past the loading screen and have been stuck on it every time I try to open it up. I’ve tried so much troubleshooting and still nothing is making it connect or load whatsoever. The connection on this thing is so bad. I had to factory reset the Tv to see if DisneyPlus would work then (it did not), so now I have to redownload all my apps but when i try to download them it just says it’s stuck in queue, and this is just absolutely frustrating to me. I would highly recommend if you can, to purchase another TV. I know this tv looks enticing because of its low budget but it’s cheap for a REASON. The connectivity issues it has is simple not worth it. I have to see who I can call to solve this issue, and try to get my money’s worth out of this TV.
