Really good picture quality but lags in performanc

But, one problem with remote, if you are on DirecTV or Dish and you program either one of DirecTV or Dish remote to control this TV, Insignia then u loose control over the remote that came with new TV. As long as you’re watching satellite you cannot get the home button or settings buttons to go into different items like over-the-channels, DVD player, Hulu, Netflix, Disney etc.

Crazy customer service nightmare.

Then we had a difficult time connecting to the xfinity app. Nothing to do with the tv. I was just on the phone with 3 customer reps for over 2 hours. They finally gave up, and then we were able to get the app to work on our own. The tv itself is great though. If you have Comcast, just be prepared for some work to get it installed.

Replacement TV

The Best Buy tech in the TV Department was most helpful to the both of us. The Geek Squad did the installation with a professional manner.
