    I've had this television for 3 days I don't know how the picture,sound, or anything because I can't get it to work I can't get any further than the network screen. I get this message after putting my password in Could not contact Amazon.com. Please check your router or select another wireless network. I have several devices connected no problems only on this television

    I have had this TV for just over 6 hours and have been setting it upnthis whole time. It is very unfriendly when it comes to simply downloading and using apps. I have been doing nothing but lookong up how to troubleshoot shoot problem after problem for the past 6 hours. I am exhausted and surly didnt expect to spend a whole weekend like this. If i knew it would be this much work I would had spent extra money to get a TV easier to use. This thing is ridiculous.

    Purchased and picked up tv(open box-excellent) once I got home, it had no remote control in packaging, call store and was told no problem, come swing by and pick one up. Arrived at store and now they wanted me to buy a remote for $34.99. It was supposed to come with all original equipment and accessories as stated below, and a remote IS original equipment.

    horrible. do not get a FireTv. there are constant, unavoidable ads on the operating system. the tv usually takes 5+ minutes to start up because it'll glitch with a gray screen saying I have no internet. horrible "smart" tv and system

    Bought it in August 2023 It died in January 2024 we barely used the television because it was in a basement rec room so we might have used it five times totak. Don't buy this television it's not recommended

    Bought 2 remotes, they won’t connect. Used the amazon fire tv remote app, won’t connect to the tv. Still stuck on the “Searching for your remote” screen. Somebody please help me.

    Wont last you a Year!

    We purchased this TV for my mother-in-law. We had nothing but electronic issues with this and had the warrant replace the TV twice now, and we still have issues - different issues each time. I am unsure if I should persist with the mistake and replace it again or if we should bite the bullet and buy an entirely new TV. The Insignia was just manufactured in June last year, and it is already broken. I have had a Samsung 8 series for over five years and have NEVER had any issues with it.

    Within 2 months it started giving display issues. We use it hardly, like 8-10hrs a week. Very disappointing experience. Waiting to get a better service now.

    Got this TV yesterday and today I've tried to plug it in to test it out aaaaand it won't turn on. Dead, dead, dead. Flashing red LED as soon as you plug it in. Won't turn on, not even with physical power button. Same Flashing red LED. Now I have to drive 5 hours to return this thing. Lucky me.

    Garbage I purchased this tv for a gift for Christmas, when we opened it didn’t turn on I when to exchanged I keep the new one I put it on my basement which I didn’t used it that much may be have less of 100 of use and don’t work any more. I will never buy another insignia product again. Unfortunately my 1 year warranty expired yesterday.

    I can only use one HDMI outlet and there are 3. I won’t even bother trying to exchange the TV due to the hassle of loading it to my car due to recent injuries. Plus my return date has expired…

    Had to go back ro replace 1st tv didnt power on. Now i have to go back and return 2nd one is also damaged. Has black line down the middle .

    Damage and paint splatter on "Excellent" open box

    Bought excellent open box and came scuffed pretty well and with paint splatter on the back. Was given no options but return, the box was throw out already and o domt drive. Dont buy open box in any condition kids
