The TV doesn't work and I can't return it, throw my money in the trash I need my money back for this

Removed the TV carefully, and set it up, only to turn it on to find multiple cracks.

So far this tv is great! We've only had it for about a month so I am a bit hesitant to review it but, I will. We did have one issue right out of the box, the remote did not work. It was dead as a doornail. I contacted Insignia and they went through a bunch of checks with means concurred that it was really dead and sent out a new one. It took 5-7 business days which I didn't agree with but, I guess that's their policy. We actually received it in 5. That's quite a long time to wait to use a tv... I didn't knock a point off the rating of the tv for it because while that was a royal pain in the patootie, they did have great customer service and the tv IS amazing. The color is vibrant, the sound is clear and clean with no feedback. It pauses plays reverses and forwards through shows like a breeze. For the money, you can't go wrong. It's also pretty lightweight.

So far so good. Less than a month. Use it a lot. Remote is clumsy and complicated. Wish the remote was lighted from behind. Easy to set up. Good picture Good sound. Lots of automatic setups using QR codes. Lightweight. Packaged well.

Insignia, just has a striking sound to it! So I did my research. I like what I read. This was a Birthday Gift to me! This tv is incredible, it shows so Clear Omg! When you’re watching a football game you feel like you’re right there on the field !! The Grass is sooo beautiful! This tv shows so clear you can see the persons wrinkles The Sharpness, the sound it’s like or is surrounded sound you wouldn’t need a sunroof or speakers unless you’re just trying to blow someone out of the water ! The cops may be at your door for disturbing the peace! The Clarity, mind you I had a 32” Vizio but this Insignia 43” F30 series took me to another level! I love it ! This Tv appears so big! I had to check the box twice to make sure I didn’t buy a 55” or bigger! I had just enough room to place in The Living Room and on my tv stand too! I’m a big fan of Closed Captions too! The features works fine! I really took a leap of faith in picking this product only because I usually buy Sony, Toshiba, Samsung Magnavox and I got tired of having 1,000 remotes for one tv! I’m an Amazon user, I had a firestick on my Vizio tv. I’m thinking why not buy a Firetv??!!! Insignia is a Firetv the firetv stick is inside of the tv already installed! Lovely just Lovely! I caught a great deal too! My family was over to just look at the tv we were in Awe because it’s bigggg and just such great Clarity sound is wonderful! My Living room is now a New Movie theater! Wish I could get some move theater Popcorn w extra butter like 6 month supply!!

Great picture, perfect size, lightweight and thin, and very user friendly. Way better choice then the similar Roku tvs as they are plagued with crashing and performance related issues but this tv has yet to have any of those problems! For the orice you cant go wrong.

Got this 43 inch on sale for 150 bucks to use in the back yard that was purchased because I left the previous model in the rain. Super happy with it. Slightly different from the 2020 model so I had to change the position of the mounts but it was on the wall in 15 minutes.

Perfect size for our grandsons playroom. We were able to set it up in no time. Easy operation. Picture quality is very good.

I'm so glad I picked up the Insignia 43-inch F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV! This TV is a great value for the price and it's perfect for my living room. The picture quality is crystal clear and the sound is good enough for watching TV and movies. This now makes my 3rd Insignia Fire TV. We have the 55" in our bedroom the 32" in our garage and the 43" in our home office. Picture is great although it can be a little bit bright. I have all of mine set on the natural setting. Love it with Fire TV built in, no need for an extra power cord for the TV stick. We have both the 55" and the 43" inch hooked up to soundbars so I can't comment on the audio quality. Easy to set up and lightweight. Went from a 40" TCL and love how fast this one boots up and is very responsive to the remote. I guess I wouldn't have 3 of them if I did not think they are a great value for the price. Very satisfied

the set had a wonderful picture and sound ! It is light weight and easy to set up. the remote functions gteat and controls everything. I purchased this set 7/23 but today 8/24/24 it died. Bkack screen and no sound , with no backlight! tried resetting to no avail... it maybe one of the internal boards !!!

Well worth the money, very nice picture and bluetooth is awesome. Easy set up and wifi connects very easily. Mounted on wall and it is very light, does not require heavy duty bracket. Love the fire tv feature. All apps are very easy to work with, sound is not too bad for stand alone tv. Connected surround sound and is perfect for gaming or watching videos, sports, stc.

Great little tv for my game room. Picture looks good and it was easy to mount on the wall. The sound is about what you’d expect for todays tvs so you better get a sound bar if you want good sound.

Great tv for the price! We use it outdoors for work (as a second monitor) and for entertainment to watch tv in the evening. It's perfect. All the features we need, lightweight, good sound and easy to mount and dismount. I could have bought almost 10 of these for the price of the Samsung in our entertainment room - which is a great tv - but I'm not sure it is 10x better!

Got this tv for my 13 year olds room. The quality is very nice for being a Best Buy brand. Color and sound are perfect and the size is great! He games with his ps5 and watches tv. Quality is great for both. Will be buying another one for another room.

We bought this television so my father would have something to watch in the nursing home. We wanted something that was also a smart TV and a Fire TV. This television checked all the boxes. The picture is fantastic and the menus is easy to navigate. My 78 year old mother picked up the remote and just started watching movies on WiFi without any direction. That's saying a lot. This television gets two thumbs up.
