    Have had to reset the tv multiple times because the sound doesn’t match the picture. I returned to factory settings and haven’t had the problem again. Hopefully that solved the problem.

    For some reason the tv turns itself off every 5 minutes and even after Geek Squad came out they couldn't figure out a setting that keeps the tv on and they wouldn't let me return it because apparently there's a no smoking policy and the tv I was told has been smoked around so they won't take it back
