    TV is fine. No Manual, I had to search the net for a guide and still it fell short of explaining a button on the TV. Additionally, the free trial subscriptions were not included as promised, and BB did not /could not resolve the problem. Now I have to spend an other hour on the phone with a different dept. Keep in mind that only give you two weeks to return the TV.

    This tv worked fine for what I needed it for but after 2 1/2 years the backlight went out on it… considered a “fatal issue” that involves purchasing a new tv …. Wouldn’t buy again
