We have sound but no picture. Of course right when the warranty is up as well, now out a tv. Will not be purchasing this brand again as we have other tvs throughout our home that are a different brand and still going strong years later. We only gave this tv a try after seeing all the “positive “ reviews and the price but should have known better and stuck with what works & lasts, will not make that mistake again.
