Manual is WORTHLESS! How do all the settings work?

What do all they do? What about PICTURE MODE? There are 5 subsettings! Why is there nothing in the manual about this? I called customer service and they knew NOTHING! NOTHING! Don't they have a tech manual to help us get the most out of our purchase??? That is the reason I gave it 3 stars. HORRIBLE customer service! Under PICTURE MODE, what do all the choices mean? How can you NOT have this stuff in the manual!? Even customer service was worthless about this. They didn't have a clue!
