It didn't need to be fancy or high tech. This is a good TV that gives you the ability to control the use. It has a great picture and sound. Very pleased with this purchase

First unlucky Experience with my first purchase

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really I was unlucky for my first purchase from Best buy I don't recommended at all online open boxs products I had choose the open box Excellent which should be all items with excellent condition but unfortunately I received broken TV with missing remote control and power supply (THIS REFLECTS THAT NO ONE CHECK BEFORE DELIVERY) ,But honestly the store staff in Staten Island was very cooperative and they make me happy that's why I give three Stars I hope to be more quality control for online open box products Thanks
