    Purchased the TV in December and it stopped working in April. It took a month to get warranty service and they give you 7am to 7pm window. . 1 day shot. The Service guy came and said he would fix it but it would need parts . The parts are being mailed and now I have another 7am--7pm appointment window. 2 days shot. Even if it’s repaired correctly now I have a TV I have no confidence in and feel like I tossed my money out the window. I guess I’ll hide it in the guest room uniil it stops working again if it actually gets fixed. I won’t be purchasing anything else from Best Buy.

    Fire TV is a headache

    I will never buy another fire TV again. I bought two, a 43 and a 32, and neither of them worked properly. It was downloading updates for 72 hours before I got frustrated and gave up. Customer support was no help, All my connections are high, and the TV itself was missing certain features, which supposedly the update would have helped had it ever happened. Returned and will always use Roku from now on, The platform is much easier to use, and you don't get pure Amazon suggestions to watch what they recommend. Don't get the fire TV

    It's my first time getting Insignia TV awful experience, apps don't work , called Geek squad they told to call insignia, insignia tells to call Best buy , it's like passing the cap game going on here where nobody wants to resolve the issue , I am going to return, won't suggest anyone to get this .Also the other major things , the screw holes at the bottom are not even in correct alignment cannot event fix the stands

    I havent connected my tv to the internet after it kept trying to push an amazon service and there wasnt a no button only “ask again later” and ive noticed 99% of the “features” need wifi. How does automatically swithching to a hdmi source when a signal detected need wifi?

    I bought this TV and it was delivered on January 6. Yesterday was day 15. I noticed the TV. It was flickering green streaks of light. At first, it was just every now and then. Now it is constant. I’ve missed my return window because I thought it might be a YouTube issue. Now I’m stuck with a TV that’s not working properly in my bedroom.
