Came broken Dealing with Best Buy chat bot was a nightmare

I recently bought the Insignia 43” Class F30 4K Smart Fire TV, and I’ve been really happy with it so far! The picture quality is super clear — bright colors, sharp detail, and smooth motion whether I’m watching movies, sports, or streaming shows. The 4K resolution really makes a difference, especially for the price. The built-in Fire TV is very convenient. I didn’t need to buy any extra streaming devices — all my favorite apps like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and Disney+ were ready to go right after setup. The Alexa voice remote is a nice bonus too; I can just say what I want to watch and it pulls it up instantly. Sound quality is surprisingly good for a TV in this price range. It’s crisp and loud enough for everyday use, though if you’re big on deep bass or cinematic sound, a small soundbar would make it even better. Setup was simple — just plug it in, connect to Wi-Fi, and sign into my accounts. The menu is easy to navigate, and switching between HDMI inputs or apps is quick. Overall, I think this TV is a great value. It’s affordable, looks great, and works perfectly for streaming, gaming, or casual watching. If you’re looking for a reliable 4K smart TV without spending a fortune, the Insignia F30 is definitely worth it.

WOW!!!! The 43" F30 Fire TV is an incredibly great TV for what it cost.........no doubt about it!!!! Out of the box picture quality is blah and has to be dialed in to suit one's preference.........like most other TV's, no big deal. Once that is done you end with a pretty impressive picture for a sub $200 TV. Also, this TV is punching way above its weight class regarding sound quality..........I don't even use my soundbar!!!! If it gives up the ghost in a year or two, I got my money's worth and I'll buy another one in a heart beat............HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

The TV is very clear easy to set up. Love the remote control and the brand makes some pretty good tv for the price. I never had a problem. This is my 3 rd tv from this brand and my coworker has a 65, the sound is good, I connected mine recently to a sound bar. Very clear TV. No complaints, highly recommended, for the price. I even bought my father a tv. My mother has one.

Its a great TV with good color and easy to set up the ps5 on it. Movies look and sound good so no complaints here. It was a birthday present for my 11 year old grandson and he loves, just wants a bigger one now but its great

This Insignia 4k UHD Smart Fire TV was really inexpensive, and it has fit my needs perfectly. I was looking for a nice quality smart TV in the 43" size (getting more difficult to find as consumers buy larger screen sizes) for a guest bedroom. This TV is a great package value as it has Fire built in, good screen brightness and a decent sound system for the low cost. I have always liked the Insignia brand, having owned 4 of them, and never have I had to return one! The setup was simple and it perfectly fit the universal wall mount that I bought to go with it! Great buy, especially considering the low price!

I bought this TV to use ONLY for over the air broadcasts. Setup was easy except it wanted a wifi connection. Um, No! Short version, I will eventually have to connect wifi to it to make certain mods I want. When it first came on I fine tuned the picture and sound and it looks really nice on most OTA channels. 1st day I had an aftermarket remote that worked with this TV and I just pointed it and hit 3 for channel 3 and boom, it went to 3. Next day it DID NOT. The native remote has NO numbers for channel selection. It is a sparse remote best used for cable subs. Annoying. I will go to help section of BB to fix this. Nowadays, ALL tvs are smart and have some software in them with either amazon, hulu, or whoever. I will have to navigate around the software. I dont need it or want it. I set this tv up in an hour or so. I was careful not to break it. Glad I bought it at such a great price. CON: I cant stand that the stupid Amazon Home Screen is the first thing you see when it comes on unlike a regular tv. I will have to figure out how to get rid of it. All in all, for what you get, it was MORE than worth the price.

This TV is exactly what I was looking for! It fits perfectly in my space and was super easy to set up. The remote works great and it even came with the pieces to mount if I choose to. I love that I can add so many different apps and networks, making it really versatile for streaming. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

The good: Picture quality Value The OK: Sound Input customization The Bad: Remote User interface For the price you get a very good picture. The sound isn't bad, but it's nothing special either. Customizing your inputs is easy, but you are limited to the preset options; you cannot type your own. The remote is awful. It is too skinny for my hands to comfortably hit the buttons, and it has no flat surface on the bottom, so pressing any button that is not exactly on the center line (which is almost all of them) just makes it flip over. What is making me consider looking for a new TV is the interface and controls. Most of the time when I hit the input button to switch from game console to computer (AV 2 - "PC" wasn't an option) or vice versa it won't do it. It switches to the Recent screen, but there is nothing there. I've tried going to Home and picking inputs (which should show all of them) but it's still blank. It can take five to ten minutes of trying before it finally populates. Which is bloody ridiculous. So if you are going to primarily watch one input or the built in streaming it should work out great. If you plan on frequently changing inputs look elsewhere.

I had been shopping around stores focusing on the bigger brand names with a budget of $200. Then, online at Best Buy I did a search and this Insignia brand was among my search results. I thought at $150 (and change) it would not be as good as the bigger brand names but curiosity bit me and I opened it up to take a look. I found it had the features I was looking for but I kept going back to the price astounded it was for less. Well, I thought I can buy it and have it delivered with s no questions asked return. It arrived and I was very impressed by its manufacturing and plugged it it. It was a Fire TV platform by Amazon and I began to operate it to see how it worked. Slowly I was enjoying going through the setting and just watching TV normally. I was pleasantly surprised at its functionality and my interest to keeping it grew so I kept it and got all the features I wanted and saved $50. I can tell you that as far as I was concerned Insignia TV’s held its own in quality and price against the bigger brand names out there - even at Best Buy - and I am completely satisfied with this TZv. If you are in the market for a quality television at a good price put Insignia on your list to check out to buy. To me Insignia is now a bigger brand name that has quality TV’s at an affordable price. Give them a once over. You too will be surprised as I was with this unit. Good luck.

Tv quality is great. Best fire tv at this price. Great display and sound and Fire OS for this price! What else can anyone ask for this price. Absolutely satisfied with the product. Fits good on a TV STAND as it has good legs to stand on

This was one of the best purchases that I made in a long time. The TV was extremely light. The picture quality is amazing and fast startup with a easy to follow set up guide. The remote that was included was easy to use very similar to the fire stick remote and it comes with batteries, included. Absolutely NO LAG In over two years. I have absolutely no complaints. It also, works with great with my PlayStation 5. Overall, I highly recommend this entertainment system.

Got this tv for my mother in law for Christmas and it is a great tv especially for the price. The picture quality and sound quality are solid. It is very easy for anyone to operate. It has most of the popular apps preinstalled and adding others is a breeze. This size is perfect for a small to medium sized room.

For the price point this television is awesome. Long gone are the days of dumb TVs .. there are actually 2 ways to do an antenna channel scan on this particular model & if you play around with it long enough you'll figure it out .. BUT 1 way is: as soon as you power on the tv, (the HOME button is already pre selected SO all you need to do is) scroll right on the screen & click on the cog wheel (it will turn bigger & blacker) automatically the menu pops up and you will then scroll down to INPUTS & press the round OK button then ANTENNA will pop up, DONT PUSH OK yet — Instead, Push the button with the three lines on it and you will see a menu on the right bottom screen immediately pop up, and you will push OK on channel scan, then click NEXT & wait til the scan finishes, click DONE & then click ANTENNA and your good to go :)

This TV is so awesome. It literally is take out the box, plug it in and its ready to go. No hassles or wires or anything needed. Easy to set up and the picture is great!
