This is a truly great TV, especially when considering the price. You don't go to a buffet chain and expect the best filet mignon you've ever had, but you do expect good food. This TV may not be the best "filet mignon", but it also doesn't cost anywhere near what some might consider "the best" to cost. Could it be micro evaluated for it's true black or sound quality, I'm sure it could, but much of that is subjective nitpicking to me. It does what it is supposed to do, which is allow me to watch TV and enjoy it at a great price. Would spending twice as much increase my enjoyment twice as much? Absolutely not. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I did add a soundbar, but that's because we use it outside most of the time and it amplifies the sound for us.

Purchased an Insignia Fire TV. Already had an Insignia Fire for another room, liked the picture and the Fire interface. This TV performs very well, easy to set up and use. Total of about 15 minutes from in the box to watching. Good picture, good size for our room, remote is easy to use. We're cable cutters, hooked up an external antenna, get many over-the-air channels plus tons of stuff over our wi-fi.

Easy to install and set. Beautiful color and very satisfied with the tv. Fits great on my tv stand and very easy to operate and set up your channel choices. I am very well satisfied with this purchase through Best Buy!

Works great for a bedroom, not too small, not too big. Easy to setup, just plug it in and do the updates. Nice only having one plug wire, no hdmi, cables, or misc wires to deal with. Firetv works great with YouTubeTV, Netflix, Prime, and my MLB apps. Good price and value for secondary TV.

We really like this tv. It has great vibrant but natural color & enjoy viewing the fine details that it provides. Easy to manuever & learn the tech side of using straight forward remote.

Excellent for size and picture quality a little tweak to customize to your personal choice of colour and contrast would work wonders , so far haven’t had any issues .

I bought my previous insignia tv from Best Buy as well. This one is great for the price. I have no major complaints and would highly recommend purchasing this, especially now that it’s on sale (unfortunately I purchased before the sale, but full price is still a good price). Pros - Easy installation - Good picture - Good price - Fast delivery Cons - The remote doesn’t have an input button, so to switch to HDMI to use my PS4 I have to go through the home page. -Sound isn’t as good as my old Insignia.

This was a great purchase. It is very easy to set up. Picture is clear and colors are vibrant. Perfect size and so light. Would definitely recommend this brand.

Overall a nice set for the price, the picture is generally clear and the features are adequate, but it took a little tuning to get there. Setup was super easy as it pulled the amazon info from my Fire Stick and set up the apps etc. The cons for this one would be basic picture quality in the Home screen and some of the Amazon apps. The main screen is a little fuzzy for what you'd expect from a 4k set and it doesn't appear that you can clean that up. You can however, tweak things once content is playing and while the tweaks are limited, you can get a decent picture if you take a few minutes and do it. It still does have some judder and interleaving issues, but it's not that bad for a budget TV Funny thing is, the connected DVD, Apple TV or even the Fire Stick gives a much better picture overall, but that is one for them to work on I guess.

I bought the Insignia F30 43" TV to replace a TV that had problems and also to increase size a bit. Given my space restrictions, this appeared to be the best option. I am impressed with the TV, particularly the quality of the picture. I am not impressed with the Amazon system or the remote. Until I figured out how to bypass the default opening screen it was very frustrating as it would not return to where I had turned it off. That solved helped operation immensely. But there is no salvation for the remote. There are no channel numbers on the remote, making it frustrating to get to a particular channel. Since I do have an Amazon account I can use voice but I do not like having my TV monitored by Amazon or exposing my Amazon account to potential hacking. I did find a way to restrict some of that access but it should not happen AT ALL. I have NOT recommended purchasing because of this security situation.

Purchased this TV for the master bedroom and I'm not disappointed. The picture quality is bright, has great depth of color, and is basically really fantastic. The remote lags a little behind when changing volume, but that's the only lag the remote has. Setup was super easy since we were already using Fire Sticks in our household. It connected to our WiFi within seconds, initial updates took about 20 minutes, and the app login process took just a few minutes in total. The sound isn't very deep and I find myself adjusting it often while watching a movie. I have not played with the sound settings as of yet, so this is based on their settings. My biggest sound complaint is when it's on the home screen an Amazon ad (movie, show, etc) will pop up and be 10x louder than the set volume. It's super annoying. I'd purchase this TV again for the price, ease of setup, size, and picture quality.

Great deal and I love this Fire TV I've the regular fire stick. Very user friendly and the perfect size from my kids bedroom. The price was also great compared to others.

Picture Quality Good. This is almost a exact copy of my Toshiba that quit. I owned this for a week and still can't figure this out without a owners manual. It keeps asking for my amazon account I don't have. I miss the days you would plug in a new tv, scan the channels and tune in. The legs are wider for a sound bar, I like. It's cheaper than my dead Toshiba I also like. This is a love / hate relationship. I also had to pay $30 to recycle because the toshiba was from Japan. And I bought it at Best Buy with stickers on the back that said so. Not happy.
